Commander games just end too fast for this card these days, and I think Id rather be doing a lot of other things on turn 3 if I drew this card

There's no question that ETB abilities are some of the most powerful and undercosted things in the game, so having more ways to effectively answer cards like Dockside Extortionist and Thassa's Oracle feels like a net positive

Channel 4/10 I have pretty exclusively bad experiences with this card in that it seems to just never work

Its very boring to pick one of the small artifacts that keeps things trim, especially if its competing with a deck slot for a pet card

I would be aiming for an average CMC (with that rough 50% ramp count, of which the majority should be one or two mana to use) of about 2 mana per card and therefore your total CMC for the whole deck wants to be around 80
