It doesn't copy whether that permanent is tapped or untapped, whether that permanent has any counters on it or any Auras and/or Equipment attached to it, and it doesn't copy any non-copy effects that have changed that permanent's power, toughness, types, color, abilities, or so on
I tried to get a more or less even spread throughout Magic s history and unfortunately that means some cards had to fall by the wayside, like Cranial Plating and Basilisk Collar
Which one should I leave out
At six mana, I have to imagine this is another Commander play, and not really a card we'll see much in Standard
Flexibility is also useful: Sweepers are not a great replacement for spot removal
