All a player had to do was sacrifice an Artifact

Thats not a problem most of the time since you are rarely going to be paying for the spell anyway

I feel like 50% of the deck is cohesive and sweet, 30% are good cards but don't synergize with the deck much if at all, and then 20% of the deck is underwhelming

I think that this is a very fun design for casual Commander

This is a great mana sink when you dont have other plays to make, but if players cannot make the most of The Earth Crystals activated ability, then the Crystal is not worth playing
