The card is in mint condition and never removed from its hard plastic clear card case
Both decks are limiting what players can do, but Lavinia is not outright preventing the game from continuing against opponents who are playing fairly. Time will tell with this one, because at the time of writing the lists I have seen others propose are not entirely degenerate
(2023-11-10) If you discover an adventurer card, split card, or modal double-faced card, you might be able to cast that card with either set of characteristics depending on the effect's discover value
The second card is Iono which you may already know in the Japanese version
Out of the two, I feel like Lands Wrath is better when it comes to strict upgradability in the future, as it can be changed and upgraded without a lot of the deck changing, unlike Sneak Attack which can really be turned into multiple decks
At least you have a beautiful display piece (assuming you have room on your shelves) in the meantime
