Wizards clearly had some good ideas on how to offset the inherent issues of a such a high vehicle count, but you are still going to be somewhat more likely to have draws where you cant stick an actual creature card to the board and the opponent just runs you over while a vehicle or two idles uselessly on the sideline

The twobrid spells could be splashed in any deck but tended to want to go in decks that had some access to the main color
