I agree that the cards can be oppressive and they have a tendency to really throw dirt in the wheels of a lot of other strategies in the game, but I am okay with that
You'll need a deck that can make use of your milled cards to get the full value out of Palantr of Orthanc (above all early on, when your opponent is unlikely to let you draw), but once the counters start piling up the Palantrs often a free card per turn
Dark Apostle is a fun card, hammering home the Chaos theme, while Kharn shows off his namesake by going around the table so that he can hit more stuff
The Destined Warrior Leading a full party feels awesome with The Destined Warrior because it supports clerics, rogues, warriors, and wizards all at once
