The fact that you can play the exiled cards as long as you control Lightning is a nice bonus, but the lack of Haste here really kills the card, in my opinion
Oftentimes you will be forcing your opponent to discard their bonus card via Whole New World anyways, so its not as big of a draw back as youd think
