Not sure if such an effect for a permanent would immediately fit current Gruul builds in constructed formats, but the possibility for practical use is there

I personally love playing Storm and have a deep respect for people who are masters at piloting it, so I jumped at the opportunity to build Storm on a budget

Im always happy to see the card in play

The same is true for any counters that change its power and/or toughness and effects that switch power and toughness

You also get price breaks if you order multiple copies of the same deck, but that was less relevant for me

But the condition can make things a bit awkward
