We chose this Hyper Rare Charizard because it established the Rainbow Rare craze within the modern TCG market

All that said, I love some of the new mechanics (Junk tokens, Radiation), and the two decks I like I really like, so Ill give this a passing grade, though were definitely not looking at all-timers here
