The first is a triggered ability: "When this permanent enters the battlefield, target player may search their library for a card named [name], reveal it, put it into their hand, then shuffle their library." Note that the target player searches their library (which may be affected by effects such as that of Stranglehold) and that the card they find is revealed, even though these words aren't included in the ability's reminder text
But don't overlook the waifu tax: the fact that Rev is a cute anime girl is almost certainly driving sales here, just like it is for some of the other top cards from the set, Evereth and Aphelia ($30 and $55 respectively)
(however Sol Ring and the likes are so efficient they overcome the drawbacks) Before going further it's worth noting to try and avoid cards with coloured mana in their cycling cost or cards that are three or more mana to cycle
