Its not a useless card, but it doesnt work well at all in the Scions and Spellcraft deck, even if its a noncreature spell

My guess is that Chromium is a little worse than average at the moment, since it has to compete with Torrential Gearhulk (still the better card, I think) at the top end and running any sort of seven-drop in a field dominated by red aggro seems a little suspect
