Whenever you cast a historic spell, return target creature card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. You can basically make sure you use a lot of the sacrificial Artifacts time and time again by doing this, and it can be nearly impossible to beat with very little effort
This matches especially well if you plan to use the Flabb evolution line
Annihilator 2 packs a punch, and often just means whoever got swung in on no longer has an opportunity to win the game
Theres also the classic Young Pyromancer, another spell-based token generator that helps build a nice wide board to work alongside Narset
As powerful as this card is, looking at this card in a more serious light, it is rather underwhelming for its mana value
But the complexity of color identity (mono, multi, or colorless) has shifted: Multicolor cards cards requiring two or more colors to cast have grown as a share of new designs
