Theres no deeper meaning to her inclusion here, shes just really good if youre playing a lot of Forests - and were using 28 of them, so you know youre going to get a lot of mana if she sticks the landing
Most of the Masked HERO monsters this card can summon are pretty strong, with one, in particular, being really powerful in most matchups
Tier 4 - Do Not Grade Skip grading Grading costs exceed realistic premium on all bulk cards
And if you manage to stick it without any threat and back it up with removal/countermagic, then you just start generating too much value
