The Heart of Standard: Card Advantage Standard isnt like other formats

Its a card that will catch the eye and is potentially viable for those who actually play the game
The odds of you being able to use this attack at least twice before it is KOd is very low
However, if your deck revolves around breaking boards, going second is much better
Blink/Flicker Flicker decks exile and return their own permanents to reuse enter-the-battlefield (ETB) effects
