One thing that I feel is fundamental when remembering Narset, Enlightened Exile's function as a Commander is that her ability gives you Graveyard hate as well as pseudo card draw by giving you access to your opponent's Graveyards as well as your own, meaning that you will always have card advantage as long as you protect your Commander
The play pattern goes like this: you cast Taniwha and pass turn, then on your next turn you untap and Taniwha phases out, then on your next turn Taniwha phases back in and your lands phase out, on your next turn Taniwha phases back out and your lands phase in, etc
It's no fun playing with an unbalanced or underpowered deck
Verdict I really wanted to give the Begniner Box the best possible chance to prove me wrong, but you will be hard-pressed to find a Magic player, even at a novice level, who will enjoy these cards
On your turn, you can play a land and cast a spell from the cards milled that turn, allowing you to utilize resources from any graveyard
