I didn't go into much detail about this above, but I'll hammer it home here: I strongly believe in using activated abilities as a sort of 'replacement' for card draw
You can double each kind of counter on any number of target permanents you control, so planeswalkers, artifacts, and creatures are all fair game

Sure, you have to cast it when you draw it, so early in the game it might not be great, but it can definitely pump out a huge army late in the game
