Having been printed in Modern Horizons, the Temur Footfalls deck is essentially based around casting one of the three-drop cascade spells to find the zero-mana suspend spell, which circumnavigates the suspend ability and leaves you with two 4/4 rhinos immediately
Every time the equipped creature connects with a player, you get to surveil 2, moving cards from the library to the graveyard if you choose, and then giving you a free spell so long as that spell costs two or fewer mana
As with all the reactive cards this is something I try and avoid playing
Theres not too much else to say about tiered, as the mechanic only appears on a handful of uncommons and commons, notably Thunder Magic
Insight Engine is a brilliant card in the right deck, and a damp squib everywhere else
