That said, its a strong red planeswalker, and if theres a reanimator deck in Standard using cards like Builder's Talent, it can see some play

Theyre designed to have stronger, more unique effects than rares, uncommons, or commons

This card tends to see play in decks that generate a lot of tokens because they can station the turn they come into play and later potentialize this land, or in decks that can easily cheat a big creature into play
