Now replay Stormchaser's Talent for one (you're now up a net five mana and have a total of seven mana) and level it up, returning This Town Ain't Big Enough to your hand

Its hard to evaluate how important that is, but it cant be nothing

Will it fix the issues with Kefka decks, unlikely, but it at least provides a bit more support

Although slightly less threatening than It That Betrays, Kozilek is still pretty scary and can at least lock games down if not win them outright
