There is some counterplay in the format however, and in specific Teferi, Time Raveler often punishes people who bring in Veil of Summer against blue decks, since you will not be able to respond to any spell anymore
Cloud is a premium inclusion in any equipment-themed EDH deck and even remains a top tier legend in Duel Commander, so demand should continue to be high
Theres no annihilator, but you do get to draw however many cards you need to have seven in hand when you cast them, so thats cool
