Since it doesnt do more per previous spell and instead copies, it creates a scenario where it cant be shut down by single-use defensive interaction

Both of these got reprinted in the Modern Horizons 3 and Aetherdrift precons

The first instance I remember was True Name Nemesis for Legacy and this has been maintained with CLB with cards like Minsc & Boo and any of the initiative cards
