If another ability triggers during the end step and puts a +1/+1 counter on a permanent you control, you won't put an additional +1/+1 counter on Fairgrounds Trumpeter
This is one of those cards that isn't exciting so it doesn't catch peoples attention but it really should just be in every cube, there is no reason not to run it
The number of spider-related cards and creatures that were simultaneously heroes, spiders, and most confoundingly, humans was what first made me perk up about this release
You could definitely build a more turbo-reanimator deck while also leaning into enchantments to try and get a turn 3 Anikthea trigger
