Fell the Profane is not the most efficient kill spell, especially compared to Bloomburrow s Fell, but Hagra Mauling / Hagra Broodpit is very playable, so add a powerful card type to your removal suite and the flexibility to be untapped as Fell Mire and this card is sure to find a home in your black decks
It's not terrible but not something I'm jumping to include in future decks

Still, Relic is a little better as you can exile a card every turn, and when you crack it, you exile all the graveyards while also giving you a card
