It's so outside of the box that I don't think most folks out there get it

The chances of packing a rare card are only marginally higher than they are when opening basic card packs, but the cards inside these packs are usually enough to generate the player some profit

With that in mind, its likely best to view this card as a form of card advantage as opposed to a hatebear that will keep your opponents in check
