Its on the short list of cards most likely to be banned eventually, and it would be surprising to ever see Wizards of the Coast reprint it, at least at this power level
The F-value must be larger than the Significance F (also the P-value) to reject the null hypothesis
There are some other really nice cards, like the new board sweeper Exterminatus
Itll slow some infinite combo players because they usually wont have infinite life to pay for the spells, making Liesa a nice commander to have in a more defensive/tax playstyle
