Pioneer, in particular, looks like fertile grounds for its specific brand of demonic goodness
Your opponent might have a creature removal spell or two they've been holding waiting for a target, or they might draw one, but one removal spell isn't getting it done
As removal, it answers artifacts or enchantments on entry
This crisply-designed card will pay dividends even after youve dropped the two Plains that it searched up for you
Due to its menace, its hard to block in the early game, and early drops that might normally keep back an early beaterlike Fog Bank, Typhoid Rats, Wall of Blossoms, or one of my favs, Black Catare going to have some serious difficultly stopping your Prodder until they have two creatures online
But for its first half, its a seven-mana way to make everyone get rid of their hand (and graveyard, if someones shenanigans are bothering you) without replacement
