Its almost essential to Stage 2 decks at this point: place your Basics down, lower your hand count if possible, play Tropical Beach and start evolving on the next turn if possible

I know these are all meant to be able to be used in the same deck, alongside non-rulebox eeveelutions, but somehow they don't feel as fun/interesting as the VMAXs did

This card shuts down planeswalkers, makes your spells cheaper, and even gives your creatures a little boost on the battlefield

It is hard to rank a card that is incomparable in use to others, especially when it oscillates between the most powerful and unplayable
