I've played enough mill to know how hard it is, and how often you end up with someone on a "shuffle titan" that prevents you from easily milling them out

Its not hard to imagine etched foiling as the new normal for foil promo cards in the near future

Heres what we came up with: This deck actually worked really well once upgraded, and it didnt take anything more than what we got in our Rise of the Floodborn products

It gives a stats bonus when it attacks, which on its own is good, but I dont ever see this being a prominent commander

When it or another creature enters the battlefield under your control, you can pair them together

It feels like with so many powerful cards being printed these days, there just isn't enough space in decks for everything
