The power level on Daretti might be high enough that it would require care to make sure the Standard format doesnt mind his addition, but if that isnt a problem, he might change the relative strengths and weaknesses of some other cards in ways that could be cool to explore
Its still a fine card for a lot of decks, but I see it less and less at casual night, and no one misses it
This fact and that Mark Rosewater mentioned a revisiting of set design leads me to think that Play Boosters are not a rushed concept
