Special energies are easier to check but for the rest, I was unable to differentiate whether it was an exclusive release
If the goal was to split the difference between the casual market and the competitive market, then Pioneer is still a little too powerful for brews piloted by inexperienced players
Both of them do a good job of showing up the expansions new mechanics and key features, and after playing them I dont think a third one would have been necessary, especially because it would have just been another Ruby/Emerald like last time
Part of that is due to the fact that as more cards get printed, and more of those get banned, then the list of banned cards obviously gets longer
