The non-foil version of the card has gone up in price too, but the foil price spike is massive, a sure sign that demand is coming from EDH players - new Eldrazi commanders printed for Modern Horizons 3 have created a home for this card
They usually have too-powerful effects, or excessively high ATK and/or DEF for their Levels, relative to other Rush Duel cards, though some of them receive specific support in exchange of the limitation

Incidentally, the LACK of a graphic for the rarity (and other symbols like the Grass-energy symbol in Shiinotics Illuminate ability) shows that those elements are actually bits of text from a specially created typeface similar to my Elementiarum font which replaces letters of the alphabet with Pokmon type symbols
