As someone who began playing the game when the retro frame was the sole option, I can confirm that it is still the best-looking card frame in Magic history (and I will brook no argument on the matter)
Like most Magic: The Gathering cards, the value of Dead Weight depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths)
The Ability, Turning the Tables, lets you draw 3 cards once per turn if one of your Pokemon was Knocked Out last turn
Not being able to be damaged is pretty good but if a card goes to the graveyard, the fun comes to an end
Then target opponent may have you draw a card
In the case of Gifts Given, it uses cards from your opponent's library, whereas Gifts Ungiven uses cards from your own
