Blue Blue is a pretty incredible color in Commander, mostly on the back of its card advantage effects and its ability to handle problematic permanents by copying or stealing them

Other Plant monsters on the field cannot be destroyed by card effects

If a player is allowed to change the spell's target while it's on the stack, they may choose an untapped creature

But if you want some more Commander shenanigans, Narfi's second ability is the way to go

Loxi: I like this as a hatebear specifically if you have that sort of deck, but in a control shell I think I'd generally reach for some other options
