Add in the fact that the card is actually a good legendary Blood Artist that provides card draw and a strong finisher in Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel, and I have to say that this is a 10/10 design and a great commander
After all, its not like we have cards that casually give all your creatures every creature type Oh wait we do: [[Maskwood Nexus]], [[Conspiracy]], [[Arcane Adaptation]] just to name a few
It takes too much setup for my liking, but with the right amount of support it could do some work
