The deck dumps a huge number of counters on small creatures , often to much more benefit than just a few extra stats

It sees play in a bunch of Legacy decks, although its often not quite used in the best of the best decks there

This comes in the context of an ongoing effort by the company to consolidate its intellectual property, something which has largely been at the expense of certain fan communities along the lines of Card Conjurer
