If I want a limited two drop counter in a budget conscious brew, I'll just run Commander Classic Negate that's splashable but heavily printed in Standard legal format as a common so it's just a quarter here for the cheapest one

If an adventurer card ends up in exile for any other reason than by exiling itself while resolving, it won't give you permission to cast it as a non-Adventure spell
