For me, Rancor is a classic green card
It is sometimes hard to parse out what each sign means, but The Pokmon Company has made the symbols reasonably simple to differentiate so that all fans can get a handle on each card
Tynamo received a 2 because it had only 40 for an HP, and the Eelektrik card was a 2 for me because it only had one move that did below average damage and it may even attack itself when attacking
For its part, the Pokmon Company has issued a statement regarding the Prismatic Evolutions set, acknowledging that they were aware of the issues and promising to print more cards for restock in the coming months, aiming to do so quickly and at " maximum capacity ." Although many fans are turning to the company to do something, fans will also have to do their part to make the experience less stressful for everyone
