I also find Grizzly Fate to be way more interesting than Increasing Devotion as you need to set it up and get rewarded with a really strong spell

Its owner puts it on the top or bottom of their library

And then its really hard to counter the Tendrils of Agony or Empty the Warrens or whatever is your kill card of choice

Why not just throw some chaos in there and be done with it

You only draw a card the second time this ability triggers in a turn, but you still get to force your opponents to draw cards and pump up a creature for each spell you cast
