Were used to seeing this effect in blue, where you get to reorganize the top n cards you look at too, make sure you dont do that here as that isnt part of the spell
There are lots of permutations of this card being very useful, which means itll end up as a prime target to eat removal
The only question you need to ask is, How many times do you need to flicker a couple key cards before your opponent has no chance of catching up? Im fairly certain that three times is often the death knell
Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) does a lot to regulate the costs, so retailers have less flexibility to set prices on booster boxes based on relative value and scarcity
This can be respected but while it's a repeatable, strong piece of removal, it doesn't merit a first place in the rankings strictly because bounce effects don't lend themselves well towards opposing creatures with enter-the-battlefield effects, of which there are always a lot in every set
