Its a good idea to keep rares and mythic rares in a binder to keep them safe
White has come a long way in Commander, and between its efficient removal spells, deck-defining build-arounds, and increasingly respectable attrition engines, the color now has more than enough tools to win games without relying on luck, or worse, your opponents' pity
Sadly, the older codes from these decks have now expired, and the decks themselves are very difficult to come by (they're all unavailable on Amazon US and UK) - so you'll struggle to find an unopened copy with an intact code for a reasonable price
