Mana income from permanents in play is very reliable and can be accelerated quite easily in Commander, but it is still ultimately capped by how many untap steps you see
I expect Curse of Bounty to see the most play in such Elfball decks and possibly other archetypes as well
If you get it and a way to draw an extra card a turn with Monarch, Temple Bell, or Otherworld Atlas, you can sit back and wait as many turns as you want to find your win-con
