Sin's last ability doesn't cause you to move counters from Sin onto the target creature
Ideally this makes Tracker a card you make behind the curve which in turn means you ideally don't want to think of him as a 3 drop but more of a psuedo CMC+1 drop like Aetherling or Glen Elandra Archamge
While plenty other high mana, high impact creatures are available, building a Commander deck with the aim of melding Brisela is such a fun concept, and shouldn't cost as much as it currently does
Some of these decks have excellent alternate Commander options or upgrade potential, but were squarely focused on how a deck plays out of the box, as well as how unique it is
