Feasting Troll King does just that, letting you cast a monstrous 7/6 vigilant trampler for free if you have three Foods to sacrifice, and the King himself is in your graveyard

Now to adjust the decklist so that I can give it trample

Because it drains the life of every opponent as a free upkeep trigger, and converts that to scrying, you're always using it to set up your card draw

Furthermore there are plenty of other legendary commanders you could use in the deck itself but Hackbal seems untouchable for how the deck is structured
