Undying returns your creatures to play untapped, so if youre able to hold this until you have a sizable board you can unleash a surprise all-in attack to kill one opponent and then reset your board (and triggers!) with whatever sacrifice outlet you have around
I know several of us here have tried to make it work and it didn't, so I see it as a trap, personally
