Galaxy-Eyes Photon Change Dragon would primarily benefit a **Galaxy/Photon deck**, especially builds focused on quickly summoning **Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon** and leveraging Rank 8 Xyz plays like *Number 62: Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon* or *Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon*

The cards only difference between the expansions is the collector and set marking in the lower left of the card

If you maximize its value that could easily be three or four cards from one spell getting returned, and maxes at five
