Like most Magic: The Gathering cards, the value of Crystal Dragon // Rob the Hoard depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate)
The best you should hope for is a mash up of a couple of these lists using only the most appropriate cards from them and often a bunch of other weaker cards just because you have such a narrow range of what will work in your brew
Normally, she only puts those counters on one creature, but at night she turns into Hollowhenge Huntmaster and puts two counters on every creature you control during each of your combats
Its obnoxiously powerful, its flexible and its a board wipe that doesnt hit your stuff at all, while obliterating everyone elses
It suffers from the same problem of becoming the threat far too easily, but it doesn't seem to be a problem
