Despite the fact Im far older now, and Magic: The Gathering is still going strong, I still felt intimidated by the legacy that MTG has, with decades worth of cards and the rules and lore attached to them
Cats can be considered decent if we limit the game to Commander 2017, but you cant go further than that and still play competitively with Feline Ferocity
You'll look to buff your team with +1/+1 counters from sources like Felidar Retreat and Basri's Solidarity
Even without any token manipulation, this card can be amazingly disruptive to a game and other people's strategies
Disciple of Freyalise / Garden of Freyalise Disciple of Freyalise looks like a Limited card that allows you to cash in a creature for cards, but considering that its an MDFC, the playability grows a lot
Also, I love that Heliods triggered ability can put a +1/+1 counter on itself even when its not a creature
