Tron decks naturally gravitate towards having expensive colorless cards as part of their strategy, which then requires them to ramp up mana to be able to cast them as early as possible

Lotus Petal doesnt meet the second requirement of being able to generate 3 mana, so I cant include it, but I couldnt leave it off entirely
