These two are weak Pokemon, only usable as a stepping stone to their evolved form, which themselves are rather lackluster

The card itself is Thrasios, Triton Hero , a Simic legendary creature that also has a four-mana ability to let you scry one card, and if it's a land, you can put it on the battlefield tapped

It doesnt block, sure, but if I get four of these in the graveyard and Cut Down on your end step after you swing at me with everything, I mean, doesnt that feel like super budget (I still have to pay 4 mana) almost maybe Arclight Phoenix

With Gollum dying and coming back a bunch, Tome of Legends should provide a steady supply of fresh cards too
