Its hard to stand out in a sea of never-ending Commander precons, and I dont think theres anything exceptional going on here, but these decks have enough enticing reprints and flashy new cards to stand on their own
Thats such a negligible downside that its almost laughable, and the fact that this can target any nonland permanents means that it can be used in so many situations that youd be foolish not to have it in your deck
This didn't actually end up mattering that much, since while they took away this power with one hand, they created Omenpaths with the other, letting everyone hop between worlds
